Kardiyovasküler Cerrahi Ve Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde Kurtarma Başarısızlığının Rolü

Özet

Kardiyovasküler cerrahi ve kritik bakım için bir kalite ölçütü olarak kurtarma başarısızlığının (KB) ortaya çıkan rolü hakkında kapsamlı bir literatür taraması yapıldı. Bu amaçla, 1992'den 2023'e kadar kardiyovasküler cerrahi ve yoğun bakımda KB'nin uygulanmasını değerlendiren tüm orijinal araştırma çalışmaları belirlendi. Dâhil edilen tüm çalışmalar kalite açısından değerlendirildi. Tüm çalışmalar KB'yi cerrahi komplikasyon sonrası mortalite olarak tanımlasa da, dâhil edilen komplikasyonlarla ilgili çalışmalar arasında yüksek bir heterojenite bildirilmiştir. Hastane ve hastayla ilgili faktörler olarak ayrılan KB'yi etkileyen belirli faktörler vardır. Bu faktörlerin tanımlanması, KB oranını azaltmak için adım adım bir yol haritası oluşturmamızı sağladı. Son zamanlarda KB, mortalite yerine morbiditeyi değerlendirmek için bir ölçüm olarak daha da gelişti. Tüm bu ilerlemeler mevcut incelemede daha ayrıntılı olarak tartışılmakta ve böylece KB'yi kuruluşlarında bir kalite ölçüsü olarak uygulamak isteyen cerrahlara, anestezistlere ve doktorlara gerekli tüm bilgiler sağlanmaktadır.
